Sunbuild continues as a leader in Northern Territory residential high-rise construction, facilitating the build of the $38 million Boulevard Plaza project. An 11 storey, 77-unit, 8000m² commercial space with residential basement carparking and three-levels of commercial carparking.

Using innovative thinking to re-design this project, Sunbuild delivered its’ client with cost efficiencies and improved facility functionality over an 18-month construction period.

Managing Director, Neil Sunners led the project from start to finish working hand in hand with developers and design partners to completely re-design the facility to align project values and significantly reduce pre-existing construction budgetary concerns. By forging trusted relationships with key stakeholders, over $2 million in structural engineer costs were saved and the Boulevard Plaza project was completed within the scheduled time period.
