Project Description
The Dawson Street – East Arm project was awarded in 2022.
The project is a New Transport Storage / Warehouse Facility featuring cold storage transport with two freezers and one cold room. This facility is constructed from a large steel portal frame shed with the ability for future solar installations. The project includes office areas, amenities and on-site re-fueling facilities.
The site is 40,000 m2 with a building footprint of 6,000m2.
This project is set for completion late 2023.
