Renovating the United Foods Cold Storage Facility, Sunbuild again proved its innovation and logistics credentials as it constructed a retail frozen food store, office facilities, processing facilities, two commercial kitchens and dry goods store.

The build included the addition of 8000m² of freezers and cold rooms with processing and packing facilities plus temperature controlled loading docks for product distribution.

Using an innovative CO₂ cooling system in freezers, Sunbuild again delivered a solution that was the first of its kind in Northern Australia.
