Providing this major project exactly to brief, Sunbuild showed its ability to work closely with clients, staying true to the original vision and completing the construction with zero variations.

The 2588 m2 warehouse was completely designed and constructed by Sunbuild including offices, amenities, a mezzanine on 9790m² with external hardstands and car parks (with gross pollutant trap).

Offering scalability as the client’s business grows and new projects arise in the mining, oil and gas sectors, the layout allows for work to flow through the workshop utilising the gantry cranes and generous openings to all faces of the workshop.
