Sunbuild fully developed, marketed, arranged finance, design and constructed this project from the ground up. To its credit the product sold “off the plan” within 7 weeks of its market launch.
The completion time was extended due to the requirement to redesign the footings and retaining walls as once the house was removed, we found it was sitting on a 800m3 of rubbish which had to be replaced. This also caused the cost of the project to increase.

| The site has a 10m fall across the site, which needed retaining. By stepping back and up the site with smaller height retaining wall and counter lever slabs for the carpark, we were able to maintain our carparking space by a very cost-effective way for such a difficult site. |
