| This project was of a relatively simple design but half of it had to be built over a cliff face creating difficulties in the footings area. This project was done on a bill of quantities, which had a number of provision quantities causing the price increase along with some small variations. |
| The project was of a basic design, which did not lend itself to many alternatives, but we suggested improvements to the performance of the building. These included the installation of waterproofing to the walls of the semi-recessed ground store. This is part of our normal partnering approach to projects. |
