| Extension of Time – Sunbuild had completed the project when asked to complete the landscaping. This landscaping took on a design and construct open book approach as the Client has a limited budget. This process along with the works caused the extra time. |
An enlightening project dealing with many different shapes, colours and textures on the finishes. The interaction with the operational pre-school during construction was very rewarding for both our staff and the inquisitive children.

| As the share of the building and external finishes varied widely, Sunbuild offered many solutions to flashings and trims, which complemented the final appearance of the building. Given that this was our 3rd child care facility, we were also able to offset pitfalls designers had overlooked from our previous experience with childcare facilities. |
