The client had started talks with electrical, mechanical and refrigerant specialists prior to our involvement, which caused early difficulties because of the direction they were heading. Finally it was agreed for us to manage these contractors which then achieved the dients tight budgets. The extended contract period was due to the dient taking so long to put his finance in place.
