| Because of the refurbishment nature of this project, we were confronted with quality issues in the original work that both Sunbuild and the Client were not willing to overlook. We worked very closely with the architect and Client to resolve the various design issues which arose out of the previous works. |
| The external façade was one item that needed a close eye because it was finished with polished tiles. The original substrate was not true. We tested the original render and determined that we could glue pack the tiles in lieu of removing the render. This saved the Client a considerable amount of money. |
