This building, even though it was a simple shop, had a number of interesting external features like curved roofs, wall finishes, sun screening and plant room structures which makes it stand out.
The building took up the full site which had 3 street frontages coupled with the busy Parap shopping complex. This created difficulties with construction because everything had to be built from the inside out.
The increase in price was effected by Client introduced additions. |
