DESCRIPTION:
The project consists of 16x2 bedroom strata titled units constructed over 4 floors with a basement carpark including lift, pool and BBQ area. The construction consisted of reinforced concrete floors, rendered masonry walls and structural steel roof framing with metal cladding.

REMARKS:  
Sunbuild fully developed, marketed, arranged finance, design and constructed this project from the ground up. The completion time was extended due to the requirement to redesign the footings under the storeroom because the rock position on the hillside was further in to the hill than expected. These costs caused the budget to blow out in the footings hence the increase on the contract value.
INNOVATION:  
The site has a 12m fall across the site, which needed retaining. By stepping back and up the site with smaller height retaining wall and counter lever slabs for the carpark, we were able to maintain our carparking space by a very cost-effective way for such a difficult site.
