REMARKS:
Sunbuild fully developed and built this project including marketing, arranged finance and design from the ground up. The project had a tight construction period right from the start and considering we were delayed 3 weeks by rain, we still managed to complete the project generally on time.
The increase in price was caused by the purchasers requirement for extra items to be added to their apartments.
INNOVATION:
The building had future proof network wiring included, along with numerous other points of differences which achieve a “SOLD OUT” project 4 months ahead of construction being completed.
The building included a full security system that only allows you to access your area with fully garaged secure area for resident’s cars.
