Start Date 8 March 2001
Original Completion Date 8 July 2001
Final Completion Date: 25 July 2001
REMARKS:
This Project ran extremely smoothly. Whilst final completion was achieved on 25th July 2001, the project was completed 4 weeks earlier. The project couldn’t be handed over until the loose furniture arrived and was installed through a nominated supplier.
INNOVATION:
The mechanical brief required a system to be designed with minimal capital cost and on-going energy efficiency. This was achieved by installing a 3 stage APAC unit and through a sophisticated DDC programme. Splitting up the building into 5 zones allowed the minimum use of power as each zone came on line only as required.
